A new fundraising venture in support of CLIC Sargent Helping Children and Young People with Cancer
Union Street Live a Brand New Band; providing a full on sound, typical of a much larger band without the extra volume.

This band is extremely versatile, seamlessly moving between a wide range of styles, with unbelievable vocals and first rate musicianship, their diversity of styles, excellent song selection and band chemistry make them one of the bands to look out for. We are pleased to have them provide the prelude to this fundraiser.

The Ukes of Northumberland. describe themselves as enjoying playing beautiful instruments, singing songs from yesteryear combined with a splattering of Geordie humor, and making people happy in a most lovely part of the world! They are renound for their support of numerous charities in their fundraising endeavors.

Jazz from Kings Priory continues a 34-year musical history supporting this charity through many generations of pupils performing in the annual Christmas Carol Concert now crossing into another genre of music, and a new enterprise. The Jazz Band demonstrates the eclectic scope on offer to the Young people of Kings Priory to explore, enjoy and excel in.

Bede Wind is a community Band formed in 1989 made up of woodwind, brass and percussion players attracting quality musicians from across the north east of England. They perform locally, nationally and internationally including Paris and the USA.

Ernest Young the founder and Musical Director has worked as an arranger and conductor for both the BBC and ITV and his compositions have featured on “Young Musician of the Year”. Much of the band’s music is either composed or arranged by Ernest.
