Beats and Pieces

Northern Rock Foundation Hall

Manchester’s Beats and Pieces have re-defined the big band for a new generation. Finding common ground between Duke Ellington, Loose Tubes and Radiohead, this is a band that is strong on texture and groove, capable of rocking out as well as delivering lush brass and reed writing. With a raft of international awards, and a second album about to hit the street, 2015 is set to mark yet another milestone in the evolution of a remarkable story.
