Talisk are winners of the BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award 2015 and their concertina player, Mohsen Amini is BBC Radio Scotland’s Young Traditional Musician of the Year 2016. Mohsen, with Hayley Keenan on fiddle and Craig Irving on guitar utilise their strong individual backgrounds in Irish and Scottish music to create a hugely energetic sound.
