The Bridge presents an evening of the best UK Hip Hop and Grime. Old Skool representation comes in the form of DJ Marga and Brainiac, members of groundbreaking UK rap outfit Katch22, alongside Blade who stands out as one of the UK’s finest hip hop MCs and long time collaborator of the late great Mark B.

Reppin for the new generation we are very proud to present Paigey Cakey, who is a serious contender for the title of Grime Queen and local hero Kema Kay fresh from his role in the award winning I Daniel Blake movie.

Also joining the line up is Holly Flo Lightly, whose jazz infused lyrical stylings have seen her gain a huge following, Genesis Elijah, the London don with a heart for the North East, plus Tyneside badman Gilly Man Giro and Rick Fury who is also launching his new album as part of this event. Hosting the event is the very talented Ken Masters alongside DJ support from scratch master A.D.S.

A free CD album featuring many of The Bridge’s performers is included in the ticket price and will be available to collect at the event.
