Toby: yesterday I got a gold D of E award at St James place in London. I’m feeling emotional! What a surprise! In today’s session we sang a song called down in the river, singing it through. After that I led a game called “vehicles”, it’s just like fruit salad. From the feedback it went well.

Marc: right, what to say… Today I fed back about my workshop on Wednesday and evaluated it. I think the terms work has went very well, and I hope to carry it on after Christmas with other sessions. This afternoon I also recorded the rap for “don’t dis my ability”. The recording of the rap went very good, we were double tracking it to layer it together and make it sound great.

Graeme: I really enjoyed recording our song, it looks like it’s going to be a smashing song to sell! next week we’re going to have a Christmas buffet in our room!

John: I really enjoyed learning the James Blunt song. Dean used a capo to change the key!

Andrew: I really enjoyed the song that dean led this morning, I found the first lyric hilarious! I’ve enjoyed continuing the recording of our song this afternoon, in particular I found the bass line hilarious!

Annisa: I played the keyboard yesterday at the International Day of Disabled People event, then I recorded it today. It fits with the song.
